ENGINEERINGNET -- SPIE Nederland has expanded its business portfolio in the Building Installation systems market in the Netherlands with its acquisition of KIN Sprinklertechniek based in Tilburg (The Netherlands).
The core business of KIN Sprinklertechniek is focussed around the design, installation, delivery, installation, renovation and maintenance of certified installations (sprinkler installations, fire fighting water systems, fire fighting foam systems, dry fire fighting piping, fire detection and alarm systems and gaseous extinguishing systems).
KIN employs 45 people and achieved a turnover of € 9.4M in 2010.
