ENGINEERINGNET.EU -- They will be providing integrated engineering services to support the expansion and new build development of Gasunie locations across the Netherlands.
The framework will run for a period of two years, with an option for two additional one-year extensions.
The expected engineering turnover within the framework agreement will be € 3.5 million in each contract year. This framework agreement underlines their growth strategy.
The company will be providing multidisciplinary engineering services, consultancy and support in process technology, electrical engineering & instrumentation, mechanical engineering, construction and civil engineering areas, working from concept phase right through to construction and completion.
As well as working to optimise the gas transportation process, the transportation of gas throughout the construction stage will also be ensured.
According to Mr Lambers, Manager Engineering at Gasunie: 'For us, cooperation means a continuous improvement of skills on both sides. We recognise that Grontmij has a strong focus on continuous improvement which is very much in line with our ethos.'
